Well equipped modern kitchen/family room with American fridge and ice dispenser, wine cooler, micro- wave , range with gas hob ,electric ovenand timer, dishwasher, dining table seating 12, and occasional seating area - access to sun terrace.
Separate utility room with washing machine, dryer, ironing machine and boot warmer.
Separate toilet and shower facilities on the ground floor.
On the first floor there are three large double bedrooms ,all with ensuite facilities and two with private balconies.
Additional quiet seating area on the large landing.
Access to the indoor swimming pool, sauna rest room with open fire , separate shower and changing area.
Accommodation can be extended to provide a further bed in the large guest bedroom.
Accommodates 7 maximum.
