Terms and Conditions1.All bookings require a 30% deposit ,with the remaining balance to be paid 6 weeks before date of arrival. 2. Late bookings ie 6 weeks before date of arrival will require payment in full at time of booking.
4. We enforce a strict no smoking policy . Evidence of smoking will be deducted from the breakage and specialist cleaning deposit. 5. Electricity, Gas, Bed linen, towels , kitchen towels are included in the price and for stays longer than one week, linen will be changed. 6. Check out is before 10am on the day of departure . 7. Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival. 8. Children under 2 are free and a cot and baby alarm can be supplied by prior arrangement. 9. The following maximum occupation applies to each area:
10. There is a charge for additional beds over and above the two beds in each room. For Area 1 and the whole villa there is a charge of E 210, for Area 2 the charge is E 180 to cover additional linen, putting up new beds ,cleaning costsand Tourist taxes.. 11. Payment of deposits and balance made payable to Mr & Mrs Ugur by Bank Transfer.. 12. We will make every effort to return your cleaning and security deposits within two weeks of departure, provided there is no damage to the property , no missing items off the inventory , and no specialist cleaning required, following an inspection by the caretaker. 13. Cancellation Refunds of booking deposit and/or balance will be paid as followed:
