Terms and Conditions1.All bookings require a 30% deposit ,with the remaining balance to be paid latest 6 weeks before date of arrival. 2. Late bookings ie within 6 weeks before date of arrival, will require payment in full at time of booking. 3. Bookings over Christmas and New Year will require payment in full at the time of booking, and are subject to a 'no refund' policy (see below). 4. A separate refundable security, breakages & cleaning deposit is required on payment of balance, for each area as follows:
5. We enforce a strict no smoking policy . Evidence of smoking will be deducted from the security, breakages & cleaning deposit. 6. Electricity, Gas, Bed linen, towels , kitchen towels are included in the price and for stays longer than one week, fesh linen will be provided for the second week. 7. Check out is before 10am on the day of departure . 8. Check in is after 4pm on the day of arrival. 9. Children under 2 are free and a cot, high chair and baby alarm can be supplied by prior arrangement. 10. The following maximum occupation applies to each area:
11. There is a charge for additional beds over and above the above limits. For Areas 1, 2 & 3 there is a p.p. charge of E 210 per person to cover additional linen, putting up additional beds ,cleaning costs and Tourist taxes.. 12. Payment of deposits and balances made payable to Mr & Mrs Ugur by Bank Transfer. Account detail to be notified. 13. We will make every effort to return your cleaning and security deposits within two weeks of departure, provided there is no damage to the property , no missing items off the inventory , and no specialist cleaning required, following an inspection by the caretaker. 14. Cancellation Refunds of booking deposit and/or full rental (if paid) will be made subject to the following conditions:
